Event Description

Welcome to the 2009 International Conference on Computer-Aided Design (ICCAD), the world's premier conference in electronic design technology.

ICCAD continues its tradition of innovations, evolution and growth. This year, the paper submission deadline has been moved to Monday, May 11.

ICCAD starts on Monday, November 2 with a plenary session, sponsor awards and the presentation of the ACM/IEEE William J. McCalla ICCAD Best Paper award. We will also continue the tradition of the Monday keynote talk, one of the highlights of the conference. The technical sessions, tutorials, embedded tutorials will continue through Wednesday, November 4.

In former versions I did not have any problems with it. But with V.2010 it is unpredictable. I agree with you Martin that the anchor constraint wil work but it is extra mouseclicks and I do not believe this is the way it is supposed to be.

I don't think there is a setting. You can use the anchor constraint to prevent one component from moving, though. I f you don't specify anything, the lower in hierarchy component will always move towards the higher (=closer to root) component. So, b…
