Hi Martin,

Yes, me and my colleagues sometimes work in the same model. You have to be really careful, because SpaceClaim doesn't warn you when someone else has opened the same file. You could be modifying the same file simultaneously. Saving the file might overwrite the other persons changes he saved just before you did.

It would be nice if SpaceClaim warned you for these situations.

Hi Tijs,

That is indeed interesting. Locally, on my machine, Spaceclaim is rather strict in protecting files from being moved, deleted or opened while it has them open in a model. It would be good, if at least SC would not allow more than one user to open a file at any one time with write permission.

It would be MUCH BETTER, though, if it could handle multiple users editing the same component in real time, not saving a complete file after changes have been made, but only save the changes within the file.
