Yes, absolutely! SpaceClaim is listed among the supported and certified application on 3Dconnexion website (select page 20 at the bottom of the list).

Yes it works. I use it every day, all day. Would not work without it, but it does not as well as with other 3D cad programs I have used. You must program a set view center button or you will get strange behavior. I find that if I remember to set view center every time I move to a different area of the model (w e work on large house to battle ship size models) it works fine but I wish it were a bit more forgiving like other systems I use.
