In Rhino and other apps it will be possible to 'fly through' a tube for example and inspect the inside.

I still think that 'sub-d-modelling' would be a very handy thing in spaceclaim.
Take a look at 't-splines' (www.tsplines.com) for rhino, or the 'imagine&shape'-modul that comes with CATIA, or
even AutoCAD 2010 who features sub-d-modell…
